Sonic Youth - Dirty (1992)

De todos los buenos discos que tiene Sonic Youth me he decidido a colgar este. ¿Por qué? Mmmm bueno, por la producción de Buthc Vig, por Drunken Butterfly, por Wish Fullfilment y sobre todo porque es el único que tenía a mano ahora mismo. Tambien me habrían valido Goo, Daydream Nation, Washing Machines, ...

Sonic Youth son el clásico grupo del que todo el mundo ha oido hablar pero algunas personas tienen una idea un poco rara de lo que son. Sí, son ruidosos, sí las canciones no tienen estructuras fáciles de digerir y sí están llenos de disonancias un poco desagradables, pero... tienen ideas brillantes y lo que es más importante, temas que te acompañan toda la vida y nunca llegan a aburrir.

Dirty tiene además canciones que podrían considerarse casi POP en el mundo de Sonic Youth como Sugar Kane o 100%. Si no te gustan nada esos dos temas, nunca te gustará el grupo.

Termino con la letra de wish fullfilment que siempre me han gustado:
